We are a team of enthusiasts of IT and HR. Combining these two loves together, we create TRAFFIT. TRAFFIT is a tool for managing recruitment in large and small companies, especially in IT industry. Our system supports recruiters in their daily tasks and makes finding the perfect hirings easier and faster. It’s already proven by over 5,000 satisfied recruiters in Poland and around the world who use TRAFFIT. At work, we follow the guiding principle: Focus on People. 

We believe that recruitment is not about complicated processes and extensive tools. People are the most important in recruiting. We want our clients to be able to focus on them - that’s why we create TRAFFIT.
